Let me tell you a bit about myself and my tattoos

I’ve been tattooing as an apprentice since 2025 at Off the Porch Tattoos in Cowichan Bay, and I’m so lucky to have mentors who are incredibly knowledgeable and supportive as I learn.

 

A big part of learning is keeping a good record of my work. As you can see in the photos below, I’m still figuring out the best way to photograph my tattoos. I don’t edit or change my images, which is a plus for you. Most of the photos you’ll see here are fresh. As my tattoo portfolio grows, I’ll add photos of healed and partially finished projects.

 

Through my apprenticeship I have experimented with different genres of tattooing and have naturally landed on a love for black and grey micro realism.  This can look like many things such as; small landscapes, objects (like tamagotchis, boxing gloves—anything personally significant to my clients), birds, botanicals, fish etc etc.  I really enjoy designing custom pieces for my clients.  

 

Outside of tattooing, I’m a mom to two wonderful boys, a wife, and a lifelong fitness enthusiast and an all around art lover.  Below is a small sample of some of my tattoos.
